Get your regional health card (tarjeta sanitaria SIP)
The Valencian public health card (TSI-SIP) identifies you in the regional public health system via your SIP number.
- Why it matters
- The SIP number is needed to book GP appointments and use the GVA app; without it you cannot use the public system normally.

- After you are registered in a Valencian municipality (padrón) and covered by Spanish Social Security.

If you refuse the electronic check of your residence, you must bring a residence certificate to your health center; until it is verified you are recorded as not registered.
