Valencia IRPF deduction for dependent elderly ascendants (75+/65+ with disability)

Comunitat Valenciana allows a 197 EUR per-ascendant IRPF deduction for taxpayers supporting a parent/grandparent over 75, or over 65 with a recognized disability of 65%+ (or 33%+ permanent intellectual/mental disability), who lives with them and has low income.
