Shop opening on Sundays and holidays in the Valencian Community

Large shops in the Valencian Community may open on Sundays and holidays only on up to eleven days a year, set by a yearly resolution of the regional government. Small shops, bakeries, convenience shops and shops in tourist zones can open on other days.

Most big supermarkets are closed on Sundays and holidays, so you need to know the few days they can open and plan your shopping around them.
