What you need

• A completed application form, one passport-size photo and an ID document (DNI, passport, etc.).
• Children aged 0-13: the application must be signed by a parent or guardian.

Steps

1. Bring the documents
   The application form filled in, a passport-size photo and an ID document (DNI, passport, etc.).
2. Apply in person
   The page says the card is requested in person ("de manera presencial"), at the library.
3. Use the card
   The card is valid for 5 years.
