Use the Centro de Atención a la Inmigración (CAI)
The CAI (also the PANGEA agency of València) is a municipal immigration center in the basic social-services network: information and advice, legal advice, informes de arraigo social, Escuela de acogida, Servicio de Primera Acogida, and the guide 'Primeros pasos en València'. Services can be accessed directly by migrants.
