Housing aid you may qualify for in Valencia and the Comunitat Valenciana
The Generalitat Valenciana’s Bono Alquiler Joven pays up to EUR 250 a month for 24 months to tenants aged 35 or younger in the Comunitat Valenciana; the 2026 window closed on 11 September 2026. Check whether a new call opens. The council also has its own rent aid of up to 40% of the rent.
