Resident parking card and regulated parking (ORA) in València
València’s council issues resident cards for its green and orange regulated parking zones in Ciutat Vella, Russafa, El Botànic, La Roqueta and La Petxina, applied for online or in person.

- Residents of these districts can park in reserved spaces only with the card.
- When
- You live in one of the neighborhoods with resident-only regulated parking and own or habitually drive a car.
