Pay the vehicle tax (IVTM) in Cáceres

In Cáceres the vehicle tax is collected by the OARGT of the Diputación, which sets the voluntary payment period each year and says it usually starts around 20 March.

Why it matters

A newcomer needs to know the tax follows who owns the car on 1 January and that an address change must go through the DGT before 30 December.

When

You own or register a vehicle that is registered to an address in Cáceres, or you have just moved there with one.
