No Galicia IRPF deduction for returning emigrants or rural depopulation - direct grants exist instead

Galicia does not offer a specific personal-income-tax (IRPF) deduction for returning emigrants or for living in depopulated rural areas; instead, returnees and rural residents are supported through direct one-off grants (Secretaria Xeral da Emigracion) and a property-renovation deduction limited to designated 'aldeas modelo' projects.
