Pay your household bills in Lugo
In Lugo, the council itself runs the water service through its Unidade de Augas, and one supply contract covers water, sewerage and rubbish. The property tax (IBI) is a separate yearly bill with a 2026 voluntary period of 5 May to 6 July.
