Register on the Calvià padrón (alta)
Register your address with the Ajuntament de Calvià (empadronament); in person only by appointment since 24 September 2025, or online with an electronic certificate or DNIe.
- Why it matters
- The padró is the municipal register of residents; the town hall’s page says everyone living in Spain must register where they usually live. Calvià has a large foreign-resident population across Palmanova, Santa Ponça, Peguera, Magaluf and Portals Nous, and the same office handles all of them.
- When
- You start living at an address in the municipality of Calvià (any of its 23 areas) or move within it.
- How long it takes
- Online requests: up to 3 months to resolve per the page.
