Housing aid you may qualify for in Calvià and the Balearic Islands

The Govern de les Illes Balears runs an annual rental aid for tenants with limited means; the pages read list calls up to 2025 and give no 2026 details.

Why it matters

Rent is usually a newcomer’s biggest cost, and regional aids have short application windows, so it helps to know what exists before you sign a lease.

When

You rent or are about to rent and want to know whether a public rent aid could apply.
