Use Palma citizen-service offices (OAC), 010 and cita previa
The Ajuntament runs nine Oficines d’Atenció a la Ciutadania (OAC) plus the 010 line. With cita previa: padrón alta and change of address, registry for other administrations. Without cita previa: general and tax information, general registry, certificates and volantes, padrón renewals/bajas/data changes, Tarjeta Ciudadana.
