Housing and rent aid you may qualify for in Santa Eulària des Riu and the Balearic Islands
The Ajuntament runs a 2026 rent aid for long-term registered residents with a budget of EUR 250,000, and the Govern balear runs a home-purchase aid for people up to 40.
