Santa Eulària des Riu public holidays and shop opening days (2026 and 2027)

The two local holidays in Santa Eulària des Riu come on top of the national and regional ones, and the region sets which Sundays and holidays shops may open.

Why it matters

Offices, schools and many shops close on holidays, and a local holiday that falls on a weekday can close the town hall and cancel an appointment you planned.

When

You are planning errands, appointments or a Sunday shop around a holiday.

How long it takes

Regions publish the next year’s holiday and shop-opening lists in the autumn; check again in the new year.

4. Plan ahead for 2027
For 2027 BOIB 122 lists 12 Feb (Fri) for every parish plus: Santa Eulària and Puig d’en Valls 5 Aug (Thu); Jesús 8 Sep (Wed); Sant Carles de Peralta 4 Nov (Thu, San Carlos); Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera 16 Nov (Tue, Santa Gertrudis).
