Know where to ask official questions when you’re new
Two public channels answer general questions from newcomers. Your town council’s social services inform people about situations of social need, a service every municipality with more than 20,000 inhabitants must provide. And 060 is the national government’s general information line about state services and procedures, including immigration (extranjería).
