Your Spanish work history report (informe de vida laboral)
The informe de vida laboral lists your registration periods (altas and bajas) in the different Seguridad Social schemes and the days you were registered. You can get it online, as a PDF, at any time.

- Benefit and pension procedures often ask for it. The Seguridad Social page says it does not show periods worked abroad.
