La Rioja regional IRPF deductions beyond the state/regional scale (tramo autonómico)
La Rioja’s own regional income-tax law (Ley 10/2017 and later amendments) adds roughly two dozen 'tramo autonómico' IRPF deductions on top of the national scale, covering housing, rural depopulation, families, disability, and other categories, each with its own percentage, cap or income threshold.
