Use pharmacies and find a duty pharmacy (farmacia de guardia) in Madrid
Madrid’s Tarjeta Sanitaria Virtual app includes on-duty pharmacy information, and the Colegio Oficial de Farmaceuticos de Madrid publishes a duty-pharmacy lookup.
