Madrid regional IRPF deduction: investment in new or growing companies ("business angel")

Madrid offers a regional IRPF deduction of 40% (cap €9,279/year) for investing in shares of new or recently-created S.A./S.L. companies, rising to 50% (cap €12,372/year) for labor companies, cooperatives, or university/research-center spinoffs, subject to a 3-year holding period and company requirements.
