Pay Las Rozas de Madrid’s waste fee and other council bills

Las Rozas collects its local waste management fee (tasa de residuos) from 1 June to 31 July 2026 and offers installments through the SEPP system.

Steps

  1. Check the dates
    The council’s 2026 calendar says the waste fee ('tasa por prestación del servicio de gestión de residuos de competencia local') can be paid from 1 June to 31 July. IBI runs 1 September to 30 November and IAE 1 October to 30 November.
  2. Pay or set up direct debit online
    The council’s carpeta tributaria lets you check and pay debts online, pay with a reference, and arrange direct debit for taxes.
  3. Use the installment system if you want
    The SEPP allows 2, 5 or 9 installments by direct debit with a 5% discount. The 2026 first-installment date is 2 March; for 9 installments the dates run from 2 March to 3 November.
  4. Apply on time
    The council says SEPP requests must be made before 31 December of the year before they apply, and the applicant must have no unpaid debts in enforcement.
