Regulated resident parking (ZER) in Torrejón de Ardoz
Torrejón de Ardoz has adopted a Zona de Estacionamiento Regulado (ZER) ordinance (BOCM, 8 October 2025), rolled out gradually by neighborhood, with resident parking permits available to vehicle holders/habitual drivers living or working in the regulated streets.

- Anyone parking a car on the street in the initial ZER streets (parts of Ciudad Jardín del Rosario and nearby areas) needs to know whether a permit is required.
