Cartagena’s youth services: Espacio Joven, Informajoven and the T-LA leisure program

The Concejalía de Juventud runs Espacio Joven (free, confidential guidance on studies, work, health, rights and mobility), Informajoven, and T-LA, a leisure program with free activities for teens.

Why it matters

A teen or young adult can get free guidance and low-cost or free leisure from the council.
