Rental deposit (fianza) in Murcia

The legal deposit (usually one month’s rent) is paid to the landlord; Región de Murcia abolished its public regional deposit-filing requirement in 2021 (Decreto-ley 1/2021) and has no deposit-filing fine regime, unlike several other regions.
