Navarra IRPF: foral rent, energy-renovation and other personal deductions beyond the basic scale
Navarra runs its own full IRPF system under Hacienda Foral de Navarra (not just regional add-ons to a state scale), and residents can claim foral deductions for rent paid on a habitual residence and for home energy-efficiency renovation works, among others; large-family and disability benefits exist mainly as higher personal/family minimums rather than flat per-type "deductions" documented with exact figures in the sources found.
