Register on the Pamplona padrón (empadronamiento)
Register your address in the municipal census at the Oficina de Atención Ciudadana by appointment, or online with a digital certificate.

Bring the original, valid ID of everyone being registered; if it has expired, bring proof of an appointment to renew it. The old green-paper residence card must come with an ID or passport.
