What you need

Steps

  1. In an emergency, call
Call 112, or 091 (Policía Nacional) or 062 (Guardia Civil) when there is immediate danger.
  2. Go to the Policía Foral office
Navarra’s regional police is the Policía Foral. Its Oficina de Denuncias y Atención al Ciudadano (ODAC) is at Plaza del Castillo, Pamplona; a navarra.es page says agents serve citizens there 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Another Pamplona office is listed at Merindades 66. Phone 948 221 802. Bring your passport, NIE or TIE.
  3. Or start it online
Most thefts and damage can be reported online with the Policía Foral using a digital certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve; you get a reference number and a copy by e-mail. Violent or sexual incidents, cases where the offender can be identified and cases with known witnesses must be reported in person.
  4. Or the Policía Nacional
The Policía Nacional’s Oficina Virtual de Denuncias lists a denuncia office in Pamplona at C/ General Chinchilla, 3-5.
  5. Ask for your copy
See the Spain-wide card (ES-0158) for your right to a copy and language help.
