Pay the vehicle tax (impuesto de circulación) in Pamplona
Pamplona sends the circulation tax receipts from 23 March 2026, the last day of the voluntary period is 15 May, and it can be paid online, at the Treasury or at partner banks.

- Car owners registered in the city receive this annual receipt; unpaid receipts get a surcharge after the voluntary period.
