Pay Pamplona’s rubbish and water bills and other council fees

In Pamplona, water and rubbish are billed together by the Mancomunidad de la Comarca de Pamplona; the council’s electronic office points to its direct-debit procedure and lists the council’s own tax dates.

Steps

  1. Know who bills
    The council’s electronic office lists 'Agua y basura — Domiciliación bancaria' with the Mancomunidad de la Comarca de Pamplona as the managing body; the Mancomunidad runs water, sewerage, wastewater treatment and municipal solid waste.
  2. Set up or change direct debit
    The page says to fill in and sign the Mancomunidad’s form, call its citizen line 948 423 242 if the contract holder and account holder are the same, or use its online procedure with an electronic certificate. You must give the 24-digit account number with IBAN.
  3. Pay the council’s own receipts
    The council’s receipt page and calendar list the vehicle tax (15 May 2026), the property tax (19 June and 18 December), vados and street occupation (same dates), and say new tax settlements are due 30 working days after notification.
  4. Ask for a duplicate or installments
    The electronic office lists procedures for a duplicate receipt, a receipt breakdown, and deferral or installments of taxes, fees and public prices.
