The Ayuntamiento’s Social Action area offers a 'Servicio de información, valoración y orientación' for the population registered and living in Bilbao, reached through your Servicio Social de Base. A temporary office at Campo Volantín 36 issued vulnerability reports for the national regularization from 20 April 2026 (press report).
