Bilbaobizi relaunched in June 2025 with 790 bikes (target 1,250 bikes and 68 stations), and regular users pay 25 EUR a year plus one cent per minute.

- Per the official bilbao.eus Bilbaobizi pages ('Servicio de préstamo de bicicletas Bilbaobizi', 'Alta en el servicio de préstamo de bicicletas Bilbaobizi', and the official FAQ), registration is done online via the 'Alta en el servicio' procedure on bilbao.eus (contact: tel 94.656.49.05, email bilbaobizi@bilbao.eus). Under the renewed service model (effective from 16 June 2025 per official bilbao.eus news), users choose between two annual abono types: tarifa habitual (regular use) 25,00 €/year, or tarifa ocasional (occasional use) 10,00 €/year. On top of the annual fee, usage charges apply: 0-30 minutes 0,65 €, 31-60 minutes 1,30 €, and beyond 60 minutes 6,00 €/hour.
