Pay your household bills in Bilbao
In Bilbao, water is supplied and billed by the Consorcio de Aguas Bilbao Bizkaia. Since 1 January 2026 the rubbish fee is a council tax (tasa de residuos urbanos) on a separate bill, and the property tax (IBI) is another yearly bill from the council.
