Buy and sell second-hand in Bilbao: consumer rules and the OMIC
Kontsumobide (Basque Government) says second-hand goods from a professional carry at least a one-year legal guarantee; a private seller gives no legal guarantee but answers for hidden defects, claimed in court within six months. Bilbao’s OMIC is free for residents.
