  2. Find the office
The council gives the Oficina de Recaudación at Calle de Ijentea, 1, 20003 San Sebastián, phone 900 714 033, and the 010 line.
  3. Domicile the bills
The council recommends direct debit through 'Mi Carpeta' and lists a 'Domiciliación bancaria y domicilio fiscal' procedure.
  4. Get a receipt or duplicate
The council lists receipt downloads and duplicates, plus installment and deferral options.
