Learn Spanish at a public school in the Basque Country
Public adult education centers (EPA/HHI) in Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz and Donostia teach Spanish for foreigners, and the official language schools (EOI) in all three cities have a Spanish department. Adult centers in the region take new enrollments 25 January to 5 February 2027.
