Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Zaragoza: who may drive in
Zaragoza’s zona de bajas emisiones is signposted, with an ordinance, and unlabeled vehicles need a municipal registered authorization to enter on weekdays; full operation and sanctions start on 12 December 2025 per the council FAQ.
