Access your Asturias digital health record (Mi asturSalud and Historia Clínica Digital)
Asturias’s patient portal and app, Mi asturSalud, plus the digital clinical history (Historia Clínica Digital del SNS), let you see appointments, clinical reports and medication online; full access needs a strong electronic ID (Cl@ve Permanente at advanced level, a digital certificate, or the electronic DNI), while a health-card-based login gives limited primary-care appointment access.
- Why it matters
- Once you have a health card, the app lets you manage primary-care appointments without phoning the center and download your clinical reports, which is useful when you change region or country.
- When
- You have the Asturias Tarjeta Sanitaria and want to book/cancel primary-care appointments online, view clinical reports or see your medication.
