Understand rent levels in Asturias’s main cities (Gijón, Oviedo, Avilés)
Asking rents in Asturias’s three main cities are roughly in the same band (about €10–12 per m² per month in September 2026 on commercial listing data), and two Gijón neighborhoods (La Arena, Cimadevilla) plus La Magdalena in Avilés are officially 'tensioned' zones since 30 July 2026.
