Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Oviedo: who may drive in
Oviedo’s zona de bajas emisiones has a definitively approved ordinance (plenary agreement of 02/12/2025, BOPA nº 243 of 18-XII-2025). Per the council’s search-result text, the interior ring is restricted from 1 January 2026 and the outer ring from 1 January 2028 for vehicles without a label.
