Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Torrelavega: who may drive in
Torrelavega’s zona de bajas emisiones (ZBE) restricts vehicles without a DGT environmental label. The council’s news says any vehicle may enter up to 24 times a year without a fine, the sanction-free period ran to 9 May 2025, and the sanction regime took effect in June 2025.
