SESCAM lets insured patients request a specific family doctor, pediatrician and nurse (libre elección) through a standing procedure.

- Your center is assigned by address; if you move or want a different doctor you need a formal request.

- After getting your health card, or after moving house.
- How long it takes
- Application period permanently open; resolution up to 3 months.
