Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Salamanca: who may drive in
Salamanca’s zona de bajas emisiones (ZBE) ordinance entered into force in June 2024 (council news of 8 May 2024), but label restrictions start only in 2029: label A from 2029, labels A and B from 1 January 2034, and only Cero Emisiones and ECO from 1 January 2039. Until 2029 all vehicles may circulate whatever their label.

- If you drive a car in Salamanca, its DGT environmental label can decide whether you may enter the zone, and fines apply.
