Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Barcelona: who may drive in
Barcelona’s ZBE Rondes de Barcelona is a protected area of over 95 km2 on working days. Vehicles without a DGT environmental label may not circulate in it; its restriction was lifted on 22 January 2026 and reactivated on 16 March 2026.
