Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Lleida: who may drive in
Lleida has a zona de baixes emissions (ZBE) in phases. The council’s leaflet says Phase 1 starts on 1 July (its news item is dated 3 June 2025), on weekdays 7:00 to 20:00 along a set of avenues, and that all vehicles paying the vehicle tax (IVTM) in Lleida may enter whether or not they have a label.
- Why it matters
- If you drive a car in Lleida, its DGT environmental label can decide whether you may enter the zone, and fines apply.
- When
