Steps

1. Life-threatening
   Call 112. Health emergencies called in to 112 Comunitat Valenciana are handled by the CICU coordination center.
2. Urgent but not life-threatening
   Out of health-center hours, urgent primary care is given at Puntos de Atención Continuada (PAC). In the Valencia Clínico-Malvarrosa health department, for example, they open Monday to Saturday 15:00 to 08:00 and 24 hours on Sundays and holidays.
