Low-emission zone (ZBE) in València: who may drive in
València has an approved ordinance and a phased zona de bajas emisiones (València ZBE) covering most of the city, with fines from the dates the council sets, and a separate Ciutat Vella ZBESS limited to authorized residents' vehicles.
