In Galicia you can change doctor or nurse online with a digital certificate or in person at your health center, subject to open quota and minimum intervals.

- Newcomers are assigned a center; knowing you can change (and the limits) helps if your assigned practice is far or full.

- You have the tarxeta sanitaria and want a different GP/nurse or have moved.
