Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Ourense: who may drive in
Ourense’s ZBE Ourense Centro is set by an ordinance published in the BOP de Ourense on 23 October 2025 (per the council page). The council page says vehicles with label A or no label need authorization to enter; the first phase began 26 December 2025 without fines, fines for unlabeled vehicles start on 1 July 2026, and a second phase widens the zone with fines from 1 January 2029.

- If you drive a car in Ourense, its DGT environmental label can decide whether you may enter the zone, and fines apply.
