Low-emission zone (ZBE) in Torrejón de Ardoz: who may drive in
Torrejón de Ardoz’s zona de bajas emisiones (ZBE) ordinance, approved on 25 January 2023 and published in the BOCM on 8 February 2023, bars vehicles with no DGT label or with label A from a central area, in force from 00:00 on 1 January 2023, with a stated expansion phase from 1 January 2028.

- If you drive a car in Torrejón de Ardoz, its DGT environmental label can decide whether you may enter the zone, and fines apply.
