The 024 line gives free, confidential 24-hour help for suicidal thoughts; routine mental-health care is accessed through the public system.

Steps

1. In crisis: call 024 or 112
   024 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, free and confidential; also Red Cross online chat and video sign-language interpretation (Ministry page). It does not replace in-person care.
2. Routine care via SESPA
   Start with your GP (GLIFE-0062); referral to Centros de Salud Mental not verified in sources.
